Dispatch and Delivery

School textbooks will only be dispatched from 17th August onwards for orders placed until 3rd
August, unless the supplier is out of stock. For textbook orders placed after 3rd August, we expect
delivery from 7th September onwards.
All other items in stock will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing the order.
As soon as an order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with the estimated delivery time.
Kindergarten textbooks will be handed in to the homeroom teacher in the classroom.


Picking up items at the school

If you choose to pick up the items at the school, an e-mail will be sent informing you when the items
will be made available at the reception during 3 working days. After this period, the order will be
returned to the warehouse and the pick up time will need to be previously scheduled via email
store@stpeters.pt.

From 21st September, textbooks can be handed in at the classrooms.
Upon collection, the Customer should check that all the items contained in the package, that the
references of the purchased items and the references of the delivered items match, as well as the
quantity and the conditions of the same.


Dispatch Cost

Dispatch costs depend on the delivery address and the total weight of your order. Only during the
Checkout process are the different shipping methods (CTT) presented with the respective prices on
the "Order Data" page.


Orders

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Only orders that have been paid for will be considered.

Returns and Exchanges

The return of items will only be accepted if they occur up to 17 days following their delivery. The
amount refunded will be credited to the student's checking account.
Exchanges of items must be requested via store@stpeters.pt and are subject to availability of
stock.

Stock

Whenever an item is out of stock, an email will be sent within 72 hours, informing the order number
of the missing items and the estimated delivery time.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent by e-mail the day before the items are sent, the original will be sent with the
items.
All items will be invoiced according to the data provided at the time of ordering.
Upon delivery/collection, the Customer should check that all the items contained in the package,
that the references of the purchased items and the references of the delivered items match, as well
as the quantity and the conditions of the same.
